At PH5, we want you to be completely satisfied with your innovative knitwear purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
